Yes, completely. All Better Nutrition products are made from 100% natural, clean ingredients — no chemicals, no synthetic additives, and no artificial fortification. Everything is safe for daily family use, including kids and expecting mothers.

How is it different from regular or multigrain atta?
Regular products just fill you up — ours are built to nourish you deeply.

Is “bio-fortified” natural?
Absolutely. “Bio-fortified” simply means that the grains are bred — not modified — to be richer in nutrients.
It’s done using age-old, traditional farming practices that select the healthiest seeds and soil conditions. No lab, no genetic modification — just nature doing what it does best, with a little help from science and good farming.
Will the taste or texture change?
Not really — except for the better.
You might notice a slightly deeper color or a more earthy aroma, which comes from the higher nutrient content, but the taste and texture stay deliciously familiar.
Whether it’s rotis, porridge, or your daily meals — you’ll barely notice the change in taste, but your body definitely will.
Does it have any additives or preservatives?
None. Zero.
Better Nutrition products are free from all additives, preservatives, synthetic fortification, or artificial enhancers. Everything inside comes directly from nature — we don’t add anything that doesn’t belong there.
How do I cook and store for best softness?
The same way you always do — just a little care goes a long way.
For atta, use lukewarm water to knead and let it rest before rolling for softer rotis. For grains or mixes, cook them as you normally would, but store them in airtight containers away from moisture and sunlight.
Since our products don’t contain preservatives, keeping them sealed and dry ensures freshness and softness for longer.
