Shipping policy
Delivery Timeline:
Better Nutrition's standard delivery time will be displayed on the website at the time of order placement. We endeavor to ship products within this timeline, subject to product availability. However, please understand that Better Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control or courier issues.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including addresses.
Shipping Offers:
Better Nutrition may offer free shipping for orders that exceed a defined Minimum Order Value (MOV) within selected serviceable pin codes. For orders below the MOV and for other pin codes, standard shipping charges will apply and be visible at the time of order placement.
Policy Adjustments:
We reserve the right to modify the MOV or standard shipping charges at any time without prior notice. These changes will be reflected at the time of order placement, and by placing an order, customers confirm and agree to the applicable shipping charges.
Multiple Product Orders:
When multiple products are ordered in a single transaction, we will attempt to ship all items together. However, due to product characteristics or logistical issues, this may not always be possible. Orders intended for multiple shipping addresses should be placed separately.
Order Modification or Cancellation:
Better Nutrition reserves the right to cancel, delay, or recall orders if fraud is suspected. Additionally, certain Indian states require special documentation for interstate commerce that may prevent direct sales without dual taxation. We may accept or reject orders from or to be delivered to these states at our discretion.
Delivery Attempts:
We will attempt delivery of the products twice. If unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled, and a notification will be sent to the customer. A refund will be issued for the charged amount minus applicable shipping charges according to our policy.
Risk of Loss:
The risk of loss and title for all products passes to the customer upon delivery.
Pricing Errors:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders with incorrect pricing or incorrect information at any time prior to dispatch.
Limitations on Orders:
Better Nutrition may not be able to accept certain orders due to limitations on quantities available or other internal issues. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order or part of it. Affected customers will be notified and a refund will be processed if payment has been made.
Shipping Availability:
We are pleased to offer shipping services across PAN India! We deliver to all locations throughout the country and look forward to serving customers everywhere.
Standard Delivery Time:
All orders are delivered within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the order and the destination. These costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
